White Bear Mechanical is currently looking for a sales person / project manager to step in and take over an established position in our company. WBM is a heating and cooling contractor that specializes in all aspects of residential and light commercial heating and cooling applications. WBM is a company that performs HVAC work in the following areas; light commercial retrofit and remodeling, standard and custom new construction, residential remodeling, retro fit, add on equipment, hot water heating systems, boilers and radiant heating systems for both new construction and in a remodel application. We also provide a complete service department for residential and commercial heating and cooling systems. WBM works over the entire St Paul and Minneapolis area.

Job requirements are as follows:

Minimum of 5 years of related experience with sales and estimating capability is preferred.
Must have better than average computer and internet skills.
Good communication skills with co workers and customers
Reliable attendance
Clean and professional appearance
Work independently, solve problems and good decision making process.
Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

White Bear Mech is currently looking for a delivery / warehouse person to step in and take over an established position in our company. WBM is a heating and cooling contractor that specializes in all aspects of residential heating and cooling applications.

Job requirements are as follows:

Clean driving record, good knowledge of the Twin Cities area and able to drive a cube van
Good communication skills with co workers and customers
Reliable attendance for year round work
Work environment is indoors and outdoors
Clean and professional appearance
Work independently, solve problems and good decision making process.
Receive materials in warehouse and put away as needed.
Collect tools and materials from warehouse to fill orders for field technicians
Ability to lift and haul heavy items occasionally (100 pounds or more)
